We Arrive and Inspect
We check the cables, drums, and bottom brackets to identify why the cable failed. Sometimes it's just wear. Sometimes a misaligned drum or a worn bearing caused it. We find the root cause so it doesn't happen again.

Cables Get Replaced
We release the spring tension, remove the old cable, and install a new aircraft-grade cable wound properly on the drum. If the drum or bottom bracket shows wear, we'll let you know before proceeding.

Full Cycle Test
We wind the springs back up, run the door through several cycles, and verify the cables are tracking cleanly on both sides. No fraying, no rubbing, no shortcuts.
