Call or Text Us
You backed into it, someone else did, or the door just jumped the track — either way, don't try to force it. Call or text us and we'll prioritize getting out to you because a door off its track is a safety hazard.

We Arrive and Assess the Damage
We inspect the tracks, panels, rollers, hinges, and hardware to determine what's damaged and what's salvageable. Sometimes it's a simple re-track. Sometimes panels or tracks need replacing. We give you an honest assessment — not an upsell.

Repair or Replace What's Needed
We straighten or replace bent track, swap out damaged panels if needed, replace any broken rollers or hinges, and guide the door back into position. If the damage is beyond repair, we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement.

Full Operation Test
We run the door through complete cycles, test the safety sensors, and verify the opener auto-reverse is functioning. Your door goes back to operating like nothing ever happened.
