You'll usually notice a cable hanging loose, the door sitting uneven, or a grinding noise when the door moves. Let us know what's happening and we'll get you scheduled.

We Arrive and Inspect
We check the cable routing through the pulleys and the connection points at the bottom bracket and spring. Extension spring cables run a different path than torsion, so we verify the full route for wear.

Cables Get Replaced
We secure the door, release the spring tension, and run new cable through the pulley system. If pulleys are worn or seized, we flag that before moving forward.

Test and Verify
Door goes up and down several times while we watch the cable track through every pulley. We confirm the spring tension is balanced and the door operates smoothly before we leave.
