We Arrive and Measure
We check the seal type, the retainer channel, and measure the door width. Some doors use a T-style seal, some use a bead style, and some have retainers that need replacing too. We confirm what you need before quoting.

Seal Gets Replaced
We remove the old rubber, clean out the retainer channel, and slide in a new seal cut to your door's exact width. If the retainer is damaged or missing, we install a new one so the seal actually stays put.

Sealed and Done
We close the door and check for gaps along the full width. No daylight, no drafts, no gaps at the corners. Your garage is sealed up tight.
