We were called out to replace a snapped torsion cable on this 16'x7' garage door. It's not a difficult job for a trained technician, just time consuming.
Per our usual routine, we inspected the door and found the top section and intermediate section below it to be splitting. We let the customer know and they said "well I was going to replace it anyway, what's a new garage door cost?".
After being happy with our quoted price on the spot they approved our estimate and we had this garage door and opener installed the next day.
